Three leaks, found in five days.
The situation
Jungl came to us with paid acquisition that worked. Money in, customers out. What nobody could say was which parts deserved the credit. Spend had grown faster than the reporting around it, and three of our first questions couldn't be answered from the dashboards.
We scoped a 5-day statistical audit of the full funnel on a Monday morning. First impression to second purchase.

Quantified leaks
The work
One of us set the questions and the standard of evidence. The agents pulled the full event history, rebuilt the funnel from raw data instead of platform attribution, and re-tested every reported win from the past two quarters. About a third didn't survive the arithmetic.
The agents drafted the report overnight, section by section. Each morning we cut it back. The cutting is the more important half.
The result
An 8-section report, delivered Friday. Three quantified leaks: a checkout step, a retargeting audience, and a tired creative rotation. Ranked by recoverable revenue, each paired with the test to confirm it.
Jungl's team ran the fixes themselves. That's how it should be.
